Thank you for taking a look at my commissions! If you have any questions feel free to contact me with your inquiries. I'll work on your commission as fast as I can and keep you updated throughout the process. Each commission comes with 2-3 revisions if you aren't happy with the direction it's going in.Note: If you have a set budget and none of these listings fit, feel free to message me anyway! I can always adjust my process to be less complex to accommodate a budget if needed. :)I appreciate your consideration!

⥼ Terms and Conditions ⥽
1. GENERAL INFORMATION:
By commissioning me (the Artist), you (the Client) agree to the terms outlined below.
these terms are subject to change without prior notice, but any ongoing projects will adhere to the terms agreed upon at the time of commission.2. COMMISSION PROCESS:
Communication: All commission inquiries and discussions will take place via email or a social media platform of the Client's choice.Request: The Client must provide a clear description/reference for the artwork they want. Changes to the initial request after confirmation may result in additional charges.Timeline: I, the Artist, will do my best to ensure the commission is done quickly and will give my estimate during the discussion phase of the commission - this timeline will be dependent on scope of work and current project pipeline. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.3. PAYMENT:
Pricing: The price for each commission will be discussed and confirmed before starting the project. Additional fees may apply for complex designs, revisions, or rush orders.Payment Method: Payments will be accepted via PaypalPayment Schedule:
For all commissions, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon completion before delivery of the final product.I, the Artist, will send all works in progress prior to receiving the full payment with a watermark.Currency: All payments are made in USD4. REFUND POLICY:
Full refunds will only be issued if I, the Artist, cancel the commission for any reason.Non-refundable deposit: Once the commission has started, the deposit is non-refundable.If the Client cancels the commission after work has begun, the amount refunded (if any) will be based on the percentage of the work completed. No product will be delivered upon cancelation, regardless of completion status.5. REVISIONS:
The Client is entitled to three free revision requests during the sketching phase, two revision requests during the painting/rendering phase, and one more to adjust minor things in the final stages.Each revision request should include every desired change at the time of the request. This will ensure a quick turnaround and minimize the need for additional revision requests.Additional revisions or changes after the final artwork is completed will be considered an increase in scope and will incur extra fees. Major changes to the artwork that deviate from the original request after approval will be considered an increase in scope and charged accordingly.6. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE:
As the Artist, I retain full copyright of the commissioned artwork. This means:
- I may post the artwork on my social media, portfolio, websites, or other platforms.
- I may create merchandise or prints from the artwork unless the Client requests otherwise.Client's Rights:
The Client may use the commissioned artwork for personal use (e.g., avatars, wallpapers, etc.), but they must credit the Artist when sharing it publicly.The Client may NOT:
- Claim the artwork as their own.
- Reproduce the artwork commercially (e.g., sell prints, use it for branding, etc.) without prior discussion and an additional licensing fee. ($10)
- Remove watermarks or signatures from the final product. I will remove them when the payment is delivered.
- Alter the artwork in anyway unless previously arranged with the Artist.Commercial Rights: If the Client wishes to use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., marketing, merchandise), this must be discussed beforehand, and a $10 fee will apply.7. DELIVERY AND FILE FORMATS:
The final artwork will be delivered digitally in PNGS and/or JPGS via Email or Google Drive upon completion.The Client may request specific dimensions or formats, but additional charges may apply for format changes after completion. The Client is requested to make such requests before the commission is started.8. CONFIDENTIALITY:
Any personal information provided by the Client (e.g., email, payment details) will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing the commission.9. BEHAVIOR AND COMMUNICATION:
Respectful communication is expected from both parties. The Artist reserves the right to refuse or cancel a commission if the Client behaves inappropriately or disrespectfully.10. DISPUTES:
If there is a disagreement over the commissioned artwork, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue privately before taking further action.11. AGREEMENT
